Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These terms govern your use of marutiaitech.com and your enrolment in any course, bootcamp or programme run by Maruti AI Technology. Three things worth knowing up front: your certificate is issued by us and is not a government qualification; we provide placement support, not a placement guarantee; and refunds follow our written Cancellation & Refund Policy — a 7-day window with a defined sliding scale after that. The full terms follow.
1. Who we are
Maruti AI Technology ("Maruti AI Technology", "we", "us", "our") is a sole proprietorship firm owned by its proprietor, having its place of business at Patna, Bihar, India. We are registered under the MSME/Udyam scheme with registration number (registration number to be published). Our GST registration and ISO 9001:2015 certification are currently in process; this page will be updated when they are granted.
You can reach us at our published number (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 19:00 IST) or info@marutiaitech.com.
2. Acceptance
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a programme, or making a payment to us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, our Service Delivery Policy and our Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or enrol.
3. Definitions
"Course" means any training programme we offer, at any level. "Level" means one of the three stages — Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced — into which most Courses are divided. "Programme" means all three Levels of a Course taken together. "Learner" means a person enrolled in a Course. "Fee" means the amount payable for a Level, Programme or service as published on our website at the time of enrolment. "Materials" means any content we supply — notes, slides, datasets, code, recordings, templates and assessments.
4. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol yourself and to make a payment. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the enrolment, make the payment and accept these Terms on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 except through a parent or guardian.
5. How an enrolment is formed
Submitting an enquiry or an application does not create an enrolment. An enrolment exists only when (a) we have received your Fee (or the first agreed instalment) and (b) we have confirmed your seat and batch in writing by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Seats in each batch are limited and are allotted in order of confirmed payment.
We may decline or cancel an enrolment before a Course begins — for example if a batch does not reach its minimum size, if the information you provided is materially incorrect, or if we are unable to deliver the Course. If we do, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Fees, taxes and instalments
6.1 All Fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are published on our website. The Fee applicable to you is the Fee published at the time you enrol.
6.2 Fee lock. Once you have paid for a Level, that Level's Fee will not increase for you, even if we revise our published prices. Fees for Levels you have not yet paid for may change; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any revision takes effect for continuing Learners.
6.3 Taxes. Fees shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Our GST registration is in process. Once GST is allotted, tax will be shown separately on your invoice and Fees will be adjusted with advance notice to enrolled Learners.
6.4 What the Fee includes: classes for the Level you enrolled in, course Materials, access to our lab during the Course, scheduled doubt-clearing sessions, the final assessment, and your certificate on successful completion.
6.5 What the Fee does not include: your own computer or internet connection; paid software licences or cloud/API usage where a Course requires them (we will always tell you before the Course starts if any are needed); examination fees payable to third parties such as certification vendors or examination bodies; printed-certificate courier charges where applicable; and any registration fee, which if applicable is shown separately before payment.
6.6 Instalments. Where we agree to instalments, the number, amounts and due dates are recorded at enrolment and shown on your receipt. Instalments are an accommodation, not a change to the total Fee owed. If an instalment is not paid within 7 days of its due date, we may suspend your access to classes, Materials and the LMS until it is paid, and may withhold assessment and certification. We will contact you before suspending anything.
6.7 Payments. Online payments are processed by our payment aggregator. We do not collect, see or store your card details. Payments at our centre are receipted immediately. We never ask for payment to a personal bank account or to a UPI ID shared over a phone call. If anyone asks you to do this, contact us at our published number before paying.
7. Attendance, conduct and delivery
7.1 A minimum of 75% attendance is required for certification. Attendance is recorded for every session.
7.2 We may reschedule a session for reasons including trainer illness, holidays, infrastructure failure or events outside our control. We will give as much notice as we can and will hold a make-up session.
7.3 We may change a batch's timing or trainer where necessary. We will notify you and, where a change makes the Course unworkable for you, we will offer a transfer to another batch or a deferral.
7.4 You must follow our Code of Conduct. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension or termination of your enrolment without refund.
8. Certification
8.1 On completing a Level with the required attendance, submitting the required project work, and scoring at least 50% in the final assessment, you receive a certificate for that Level.
8.2 Certificates are issued by Maruti AI Technology. They are not government-issued or government-accredited qualifications, and they are not a university degree or diploma. They record what you studied, for how long, and how you performed.
8.3 Where a Course prepares you for a third-party certification examination, that examination, its fee and its certificate are the third party's — not ours. Passing our Course does not entitle you to their certificate.
8.4 Certificates carry a unique ID and can be verified free at marutiaitech.com/verify. Reissues and name corrections are subject to our published process and any applicable fee.
9. Placement support
We provide placement support: resume and portfolio review, interview practice, aptitude and technical preparation, and sharing your profile with hiring contacts where relevant. We do not guarantee placement, employment, a salary, or an interview. We charge no fee — from Learners or from employers — for any referral, shortlisting or job offer. Any person claiming otherwise on our behalf is not authorised by us.
10. Internships
Internships and opportunities to work on live client projects are merit-based and limited, offered subject to performance and live project availability. Conditions apply. Completing a Course does not entitle you to an internship. Paid industrial-training programmes, where offered, are separate from merit-based internships and are described as such on the relevant page. Internships are governed by a separate written offer and, where applicable, a confidentiality agreement.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 All Materials, course structures, curricula, brochures, assessments, this website and its content are owned by Maruti AI Technology or licensed to us, and are protected by law.
11.2 You get a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Materials for your own learning for as long as you are enrolled and for any access period we specify afterwards.
11.3 You may not record, screenshot, screen-capture, re-stream, upload, sell, share or redistribute classes or Materials; share your LMS credentials; or use our Materials to teach or run a competing course. Doing so is a material breach: we may terminate your enrolment without refund, withhold certification, and pursue legal remedies.
11.4 Your work. Projects you create during a Course belong to you. You grant us permission to display your project in our portfolio, gallery or marketing with attribution, and you may withdraw that permission in writing at any time.
11.5 Third-party names, logos and trademarks referred to in our Courses (for example software, platforms and cloud providers) belong to their owners. Naming them describes what we teach; it does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation unless we state one explicitly and can evidence it.
12. Acceptable use of this website
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems; do not scrape, mirror or resell our content; do not submit false information, other people's personal data, malware, or unlawful, defamatory or abusive content; do not interfere with the site's operation. We may restrict access to anyone who does.
13. Third-party tools and links
Our Courses use third-party software and services, and our website links to third-party sites. Their availability, pricing, terms and content are outside our control and may change. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms apply to your use of them.
14. Disclaimers
14.1 We deliver our Courses with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant any particular outcome — including employment, a salary, a business result, examination success, or a specific skill level — because outcomes depend substantially on your own effort, aptitude and circumstances.
14.2 Finance and trading Courses (including Stock Trading, Stock Investing, Financial Modelling & Valuation, Financial Analysis and Financial Risk Management) are educational only. Nothing we teach or publish is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and any losses.
14.3 Cyber security and ethical-hacking Courses are taught for defensive and lawfully authorised testing purposes only. You agree not to apply what you learn to any system without the documented permission of its owner. Unlawful use is your sole responsibility and is a breach of these Terms and of our Code of Conduct.
14.4 The website is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Course, a service, or your use of this website is limited to the total Fee you have actually paid to us for the Level or service to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, income, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your enrolment or website access for non-payment, for a breach of these Terms or the Code of Conduct, for conduct that harms other Learners or our staff, or where required by law. Where termination is for your breach, no refund is due. Where it is for our convenience, we refund the unused portion of your Fee on a pro-rata basis.
17. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, fire, flood, civil disturbance, strike, war, government action, or failure of power or telecommunications infrastructure. Where such an event prevents delivery altogether for more than 30 consecutive days, either of us may terminate and we will refund the unused portion of the Fee.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change and, for material changes affecting enrolled Learners, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that constitutes acceptance. The Terms that applied on the date you enrolled continue to govern that enrolment where they are more favourable to you.
19. Grievances
If something goes wrong, please write to support@marutiaitech.com first. If you are not satisfied, our Grievance Officer's details and our response timelines are published at marutiaitech.com/grievance-redressal. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process above, the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before litigation, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith for 30 days.
21. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your enrolment to another person without our written consent. These Terms, together with the policies they reference and your enrolment confirmation, are the entire agreement between us.
