4. Payment data — stated plainly

Online payments are processed by our payment aggregator, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card number, CVV and expiry date are never transmitted to, collected by, or stored on our systems. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, the status and the method type, which we need in order to reconcile your fee and issue a receipt. We do not store card-on-file details; where a saved-card facility is offered, it is provided by the aggregator using tokenisation.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with parties who need it to provide our services, and only to the extent needed:

  • Payment aggregator — to process payments and refunds.
  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure — to run the website and LMS.
  • Communication providers — email, SMS and WhatsApp Business providers, to send you notices.
  • Analytics providers — website usage data, in de-identified form where possible, subject to your cookie consent.
  • Learning management system — to give you course access.
  • Examination bodies or certification vendors — only where you have enrolled in a Course that requires registering you with them, and only with your knowledge.
  • Employers or recruiters — only your profile and only with your explicit consent, as part of placement support.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and authorities — where legally required.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.

9. Marketing

We send course and offer information only if you have opted in, or if you are an existing Learner and the message is about something related to what you enrolled in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; you can reply STOP to WhatsApp or SMS, or write to us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect administrative messages about a Course you are enrolled in.

10. Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over, and for younger Learners enrolled by a parent or guardian. Where a Learner is under 18, we process their data on the basis of the guardian's consent, we do not use it for behavioural advertising or tracking, and a guardian may exercise all the rights in §8 on their behalf.

11. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS across the website, role-based access controls, password hashing, restricted administrative access, and regular software updates. We keep physical records in locked storage at our centre.
